Return Process

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original HAIRO packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
